标题[反映] 停车时请发挥公德心

刚才晚上一回来就在大门外露天平台旁看见这副惨况：

因为我前两天双手擦伤，所以不太方便把这堆倒成一团的脚踏车扶起来，
只不过还是想呼吁一下，请舍胞们发挥公德心吧！
不小心把别人的车撞倒，就花点力气及时间把它扶起来吧！
都已经是大学生了...(以下省略200字碎碎念)
