102-2国青研三宿舍期末回馈暨新任总干事选举活动
一、活动时间：2014 / 06 / 05 (四) 19:00~21:00 21:00开始唱票
二、活动地点：1F大厅
三、活动内容：
期末将至，102学年也迈入尾声，生治会将於6/5(四)举办期末回馈暨新任总干事
选举活动，
将发放夜点给有预先登记的舍胞，请大家踊跃参与！
四、登记连结：http://goo.gl/iwBi2y (也可至一楼电梯旁布告栏登记，请择一登记)
登记至6/4晚上12点截止
五、活动流程：
1.19:00开始投票，确认投票资格
(请携带学生证，限本人亲自投票)
2.领取选票
3.圈选并将选票投至投票箱
4.领取夜点，
请自备杯子
5.21:00投票结束，唱票并公布选举结果。

& Snack Provision Activity

III. Activity information:
This semester is about to end. Student Committee is going to held the
election of new Student Committee on 6/5(Thu).
We will provide snacks to the
participants with register. Hope all of the residents attend this
activity!

V. Procedures:
The election will start at 19:00
1.Identity verification
Please bring your student ID card, the residents must vote in person
2.Receive a ballot
3.Select and put your ballot in the vote box
4.Take the snack.
Please bring your own cup
The election will end at 21:00
5.Vote announcement
