标题【公告】 11/8消防测试道歉

今天下午厂商来进行测试却未以广播器告知辅导员及宿舍同学，
导致老师、同学惊慌，实在是深感抱歉。
我已经斥责厂商及在场的工友，厂商进来就是要经过我们辅导员。
造成老师、同学的惊慌与休息真的是非常抱歉。
It's sorry for this afternoon about fire alarm ring.
The manufacturer came to test the fire door.
They did not use the broadcasting system to report the fire door test.
I have been told the manufacturer and our counter's worker seriously, if
manufacturer want to come in dorm to work, we need to know it.
