地下室综合交谊厅预计於2月6日(周一)开放使用，
本舍同学可凭学生证刷卡进入。
唯其中因工工所漏水所影响的一间讨论室，
因为相关厂商尚未处理完成，
所以会晚点开放开放，
请同学见谅。
综合交谊厅使用公约已经张贴在运动器材旁，
请大家共同维护交谊厅的品质：
(清洁人力有限，目前一周只能安排打扫一次)
The Comprehensive Lounge Usage Convention
============================================================
1.综合交谊厅开放使用时间为08:00-23:00。
The comprehensive lounge is open from 08:00 to 23:00.
2.综合交谊厅优先提供国青舍胞使用，其他使用者需向辅导员及生治
会申请。
The resident students have the priority of using this
lounge. For others, please apply at the dorm counselor or
the student committee.
3.综合交谊厅内禁止饮食、吸烟、酗酒及非法行为。
Food, smoking, drinking alcohol and illegal conduct is
prohibited in the lounge.
4.禁止携出报章杂志及其他公物。
It is prohibited to take away the magazines, newspapers and
other public property.
5.尊重他人使用权益，请维护环境清洁，勿大声喧哗，使用综合交谊厅
後请恢复原状。
To respect others, please maintain the environment clean and
in order and do not make excessive noise.
6.电器类器材使用後请关闭电源。
Please turn off electric devices after using.
7.个人物品、垃圾请随身带走。
Please take your personal belongings and trash with you when
you leave.
8.违反使用公约者，劳动服务一星期，否则退宿处分。若造成公共财物
损坏或遗失，需照价赔偿。违规情节重大者，依校规及住宿管理办法
惩处。
Violating the usage convention will result in one week of
labor service or dropping out of dormitory. If someone
damages or loses public property, he/she will have to
compensate. Other serious misconduct will be punished
according to school and dormitory regulations.
9.其他未完备事宜，请参照学生住宿管理办法。
Please refer to NTU student dormitory management regulations
for anything not listed in this usage convention.
