各位舍胞大家好，我是本周刚到职的辅导员[余建华]^^
之前都在基金会担任社工员，
帮助偏远、弱势的家庭，
很高兴能在此展开新的工作与学习。
结束了为期三天的新人训练，
终於来到了陌生却温馨的国青宿舍；
虽然一切都还没上手，
但在徐辅导员和大家的包容和指导下，
我相信自己能有称职的表现！！
面对未来的辅导与管理作业，
还有迫在眉睫的宿舍整修工程，
建华会以敬业乐业的态度，
跟所有舍胞一起为住宿品质的提升，加油打拼～

Hello everybody!!
My name is Ken, and I am the new counselor of the dorm.
In the future, I will serve here with Emma.
It is my first day in G3,
and I just contacted with 10 people of you today.
Maybe we will meet in the dormitory meeting tonight. :)
Although my English is not very good,
I will do my best to take care of you and solve your problems.
