标题<公告>寝室冷气保养维修Indoor Air Conditioners maintenance

Dear all:
8/24(二)、8/27(五)、8/30(一)三天国青宿舍将进行寝室冷气维修与保养，
每天作业的时间为早上9:00至中午12:00，下午13:00至18:00，
请将冷气下的物品收好，并将贵重物品妥善保管。
厂商将由工友刘丽娟阿姨与林知蔚先生陪同进行检查，
如果作业时无人在寝室，工友得在场帮厂商开门进入作业，
希望各寝室能将贵重物品妥善收好，以免引起不必要的误会。
寝室冷气维修预计於公告时间完成，希望大家能享受到清凉舒适的空调品质。
以下是预计作业的排程：
We will have the Agent provide the above service on 24th、27th、30th August.
Working time is 9:00~12:00 and 13:00~18:00 per day.
Please kindly put your valuable property in a locked place and the Janitors,
Ms Liu & Mr. Lin, will accompany the mechanics to go through all the processes.
Assumedly, the maintenance procedures for IYC will be completed
by the time as followed. The schedule is as follow:

8/27(Fri) 9F、8F、7F、6F
8/30(Mon) 6F、5F、4F、2F
原则上预计每天完成两到三层楼各间寝室的保养工作，
但各间的实际作业时间可能因状况的不同而有快有慢，
故亦有可能同一天会进行到隔天的进度，或是有延误的情形，请同学注意一下。
Air conditioning maintenance will approximately take one day for
two floors to complete; however, it depends on individual cases,
thus, might prolong or shorten the maintenance.
