analysis of catechins in tea
1.since catechin is beneficial to our body, we should know how much catechin
is contained in tea.
2. sampling
sample preparation
analysis through HPLC
3. yes 因为各种tea其catechin 不一定相同
4. 先配制standard concentration之catechin 打HPLC
5.可加一些standard catechin to sample 看其peak会较大则确定是同一compound而beer
law 则确定HPLC-UV ok

1. isoelectric focusing 之电泳
2. 2D电泳+ms or MALDI
3.no 因apotransferrin +Fe3+ ->transferrin 则两蛋白质电荷不同
4. beer's law and UV absorption
5.since protein structure determine the activity of the protein, and
the pH value and ionic strength influence the structure a lot
