Job Title:Chemical Solutions Enterprise Regional Technical Development Specialist, Cleaning & Disinfect, A/P Reporting:Regional Marketing Leader, C&D, DCSE Responsibility: - Assist sustainable growth for Cleaning & Disinfect Business in A/P by exploring growth opportunities with Asia Pacific customers - Work with country sales & marketing forces to identify and qualify new opportunities - Collaborate with in-house and outside resources to develop technical solutions for growth opportunities, including new product & formulation development - Act as focal resource representing Asia Pacific Region to support Key Growth Project(s) - Support existing marketing initiatives by providing technical guidance and direction - Coordinate customer complaints & other issues activities and technical support to customers to resolve customer concerns - Provide training and input to the marketing, sales and business teams on product quality, performance, and competitive issues as received from market places - Assist in the development of new product offerings Qualifications: - PhD or master in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry with good knowledge in chemical process and analytical methods - Experiences in quality control and lab management - Knowledge in industrial cleaning and water process - Capable of and enjoy resolving technical issues and continuous learning - Be open minded, flexible, positive and straightforward - Good interpersonal/communication skill and active team player - Strong/demonstrated analytical & problem solving skills - Highly motivated and results oriented - Ability to learn product and process technology and provide technical support - Good command of English - Overseas and domestic traveling required - Project Management / Financial knowledge is a plus Anyone is interested to apply for this position, please submit an updated resume in English to [email protected] --
