1.Please evaluate the progress Cathay Pacific has make on outsourcing their
IT activities. Do their actions make sense to you? Why?
2.What advice would you like to give to them in 2005, particularly in light
of their desire to reopen air service to China? Is outsourcing to China
feasible today? What are the risks?
