我是会计系新电脑助教，帮系上公告双学位申请公告

申请期限：98年11月20日(五)下午5:00前截止收件。
录取名额：UIUC 5名。
申请资格：本系硕士班在学学生，98学年度第2学期结束前可修毕本系毕业学分及99年5月底前完成论文口试。
申请文件：
一、本系双学位申请表(含切结书)
二、英文简历自传、英文学习计画书(请依UIUC要求书写)：
三、中文历年成绩单正本
四、TOEFL语文能力证书影本(正本验毕後归还)
五、GMAT能力证书影本(正本验毕後归还)
审查标准：
1. GMAT
2. TOFEL (UIUC可以IELTS替代)
3. 学期成绩
4. 院系社团服务表现
※GMAT、TOFEL、学期成绩三者分别排序後以名次计，
排序总名次相近时，由审查老师依院系社团服务表现较佳者优先录取。
