She has taught ESL for over two decades and been involved in graduate teacher training for over one decade, teaching both in the US and abroad. She has presented over 40 presentations at international conventions and has several publications including a textbook with Cambridge University Press. She has served in TESOL as elected chair of the Christian Educators in TESOL Caucus, elected representative of TESOL Caucus Leadership Council and appointed member of the Caucus Review ad hoc Committee. In California TESOL (CATESOL), she has served as board member, public relations chair, intercultural communication coordinator, and continuing education chair. She is co-editing a volume with 34 contributors tentatively entitled Spiritual Dimensions and Professional Dilemmas in English Language Teaching: Dialogues Among Critical Practitioners. Wong enjoys leading study abroad trips in which teachers teach in refugee camps on the Thai/Burma border. She also enjoys encouraging her graduate students to present at conferences, with an average of five students presenting each year. 外文系系办 --
