<一>当地英文程度概况 英文课从小三开始 大概的程度是 小三:认字母 小四:原则上认完字母(不过大小写分不大清楚+字母不完全熟练) 小五:基本问候语+简易单字(数字 星期) 小六:简单句子+多些单字(1000) 就与内部学校学生自我比较来看 小六有升学压力 老师们会多加强他们的英语能力(单字量) 至於 其他年级 5>4>3(不过差别不大) 与都市学生比较 月美国小学生补习英文并不普遍 据该校老师所言 一般英文较好者仅一两位 <二>老师的建议 英文课3 4年级偏重於字母教学(偶有些单字) 5 6年级则逐步加深 不过与都市小朋友比 月美国小的学生英文仍普遍不佳 老师建议是 虽说高年级的程度普遍比中年级好 设计课程时也不必然要太过迁就中年级的学生 "适中就好" 可以 依竞赛方式呈现小朋友会更喜欢的 像是 拼字比赛 高年级可担任拼字的顺序的指挥 再让中年级的小朋友 把字母快快的拼好 (这点有符合团队合作的营标!!) 并藉此 让小朋友在快乐中学习 对英文产生兴趣 会是不错的选择!! <三>英文儿歌 以下是他们的儿歌教材 有的很"儿歌" 有的 还蛮难的 不过老师说太普通的高年级兴趣可能比较不热络(因为都听过了) 至於 有时放些有名的流行歌 小朋友虽然都不会唱 不过他们蛮爱听的 例如 <London Bridge> London Bridge Is Falling Down, Falling Down, Falling Down, London Bridge Is Falling Down, My fair lady. <ABC Song> A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y and Z Now I know my ABC Tell me what you think of me <My heart will go on> <---这首还蛮难的 Every night in my dreams I see you, I feel you, That is how I know you go on.
