And if he's letting me translate it into chinese, then it may mean:
各位亲爱的同学
有鉴於为了显示出这个研究主题的得来不易
""下周一早上的产经课""要麻烦各组准备一份用来说明如何
决定你们的主题的proposal。
经过了以上的十个可能的参考主题的刺激，
自己选定主题的同学就可以该份proposal叙述你们是基於什麽想到这些的，
then maybe it's the way you can stand out over us in this class. :)
而假如是参考那十个可能的主题，当然也是要在该proposal中说明你们选题目的过程。
