first, damn it so cold the cilly weather!
the website service now should be stopped by the cause
of the ip configuration i set before.
but i think the service can be recovered if the ip, 140.112.109.25,
is corresponded to the computer again.
or i copy those concerned files to the computer which is assigned to
the spectific ip then activate the website host programme.
don't worry! little rabbits, i am in charge. fool metal panic!!
