【本校紧急防疫通知～中研院南港院区新冠病毒群聚感染事件因应措施】 COVID-19 Response Update – NTU’s Measures in Response to Confirmed Cases in Academia Sinica (Nangang) 监於中研院南港院区发生新型冠状病毒群聚感染情事，即日（3月23日）起两星期，加强 防疫措施如下： 1. 请本校教职员工生暂勿前往中 院院区；暂停与中研院间之实体交流与参访。实体教 学活动亦停止（包括合聘兼任教师授课课程以及中研院到本校授课教师之课程），未来两 周改采远距教学。原本即在本校上班且过去两周未到中研院活动之教师及研究员不在此限 。 2. 过去两周（3月8日至3月22日）有到过中研院南港院区的教职员工生，请以最後一次接 触日起算，在家自主健康管理两周，不要到校，差勤管理将由人事室另行公告；并请主动 连络单位防疫连络人。 3. 本校与中研院间交通车亦於前述期间停驶。 Starting today (March 23) for two weeks, NTU is taking the following measures in response to the cluster of COVID-19 cases in Academia Sinica (Nangagn): 1. NTU students and colleagues should not visit Academia Sinica, and all physi cal exchanges and visits between NTU and Academia Sinica are suspended. Physic al teaching and learning activities, including classes taught by joint-appoint ment or adjunct faculty or by instructors from Academia Sinica, will move to d istance learning in the following two weeks. However, faculty members and rese archers based in NTU campus who have not been to Academia Sinica in the past t wo weeks are not subject to this required move to distance learning. 2. NTU students and colleagues who have been to Academia Sinica in Nangang Dis trict in the past two weeks (March 8-22), should implement a two-week self-hea lth management at home (starting the day following the last contact date) and avoid coming to the campus. Please voluntarily contact the contact person in p andemic of your department/institute/office, and wait for further notice about leave policy from the Personnel Department. 3.
