Written assignment (one-page): (1) What are your research interests? (2)
Identify three to five sets of working key words that have helped you narrow

Written assignment: Try your keywords (see last week's assignment) in at
least 5 (English and Chinese) academic databases available at NTNU. (1) List
the name of the databases. (2) Modify your keywords. (3) List and prioritize
your findings in MLA, APA, or Chicago bibliographical styles.

Written Assignment (3 pages): Identify 2-3 journals (in communication,
sociology, media studies, women's studies, or cultural studies) which you
have found interesting and helpful for your research interests. Include at
least one English-language journal. Comment on the studies and approaches of
the articles appearing in the journals.
