The conference will consist of 7 keynote presentations from some of the leading sports biomechanists and upwards of 250 papers related to sports biomechanics. There will also be a strong focus on the applied aspects of sports biomechanics; including applied sessions in rowing, swimming, strength and conditioning, coaching biomechanics and advanced data analysis; these will also be led by experts within the fields. The important dates are as follows – online paper submission will open on February 1st 2009 and close on May 1st 2009; this will be available at www.isbs2009.com. You will be notified of the acceptance of your paper by 17th May 2009. Exact paper format will be available online in January 2009, however paper length should not exceed 4 pages.
