硕二好朋友们大家好：
今天我收到美国国会图书馆定期通讯的圣诞祝贺：1921年美国华府圣诞节一隅。
据说明，图中母女为当时中华民国驻美大使施肇基的夫人和年幼的女儿。
（我尚未查证 Betty Sze 是否即为施美美。）

In this December 23, 1921 National Photo Company photograph, St. Nick greets
little Betty Sze, the daughter of the Chinese Ambassador and Madame Sze
(pictured). This image demonstrates that the National Photo Company news
service documented virtually all aspects of Washington, D.C., life during the
administrations of Presidents Wilson, Harding, Coolidge, and Hoover. We wish
