其虽於 YZU_CN96 案中遭判决确定，但两案时间点重叠，本次仍以初犯论，
给予帐户归零、分身帐号砍除，
并依洗钱防制法第八条，给予罚单两张，拔除其 ECClab 板主一职。
ECClab 板则依看板违规处理办法，设为违法看板。
