标题[NFL!] Rams & Chargers to LA

Raiders officially withdraw relocation bid. As return, owner Davis will
receive 100m loan from NFL for new stadium in Oakland
Chargers join Rams relocate to Inglewood, CA.
If not, they'll stay in SD with 100m loan for stadium improvement;
and then Raiders will have the option to relocate with Rams.
The Rams and Chargers are expected to be approved for relocation to
Inglewood, Cal.
One more NFL team in California....
