标题[NCAA] Alex Collins的母亲拒绝在LOI上签名

出身Florida的高中RB Alex Collins在今天决定加入Arkansas. 可是,他的母亲原本
到学校准备签字时,突然改变心意离开. Alex的哥哥对记者表示家人希望Alex能留在
Florida念书,尤其是Miami. 根据NCAA规定,如果新生年龄不满21岁的话,入学意愿书
LOI必须要监护人签名才有效.
对此,Arkansas因为Collins尚未成为学生,无法表示意见.

The National Letter of Intent, according to the NCAA's official website,
is a binding agreement between a prospective student-athlete and an NLI
member institution. "If you are under the age of 21, regardless of marital
status, your parent or legal guardian must sign the NLI in order for it to
be considered valid," the website states. An earlier version of this story
said McDonald did not have to sign the papers.
