The League recognizes, however, that emergencies may arise that make a game's completion impossible or inadvisable. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, severely inclement weather, natural or manmade disaster, power failure, and spectator interference. Games should be suspended, cancelled, postponed, or terminated when circumstances exist such that comencement or continuation of play would pose a threat to the safety of participants or spectators. 重点在最後这一句，除非天气可能对球员/观众造成危险否则比赛是照打的， 当然跟场上的冲撞比起来，下雨/雪让球员受伤的机会实在差别太大了， 结果就是除非有落雷的可能(想想看全身湿透的球员站在空旷的球场上当人肉避雷针 XD) 比赛通通都照打... 就算是真的有T-storm warning，印象中比赛也没有因此取消的，多半就只是delay到 T-storm过去後再开打；没记错去年Steelers就有一场因为T-storm结果delay一个多小时。 另外只有查到04年有因为hurricane改期跟911时那个周末的比赛被cancel的纪录。 --
