标题[问题] optic fabrication spin coating

大家好
小弟我目前在思考要做一个mask，没有很多无尘室经验
想要请教一下各位
我需要使用quartz的基板，或者是别的高平整的基板
在上面需要microfabricate chromium pattern.
目前大概会用PR->develop->sputter後remove PR
目前我是担心在spin coating PR的时候，会不会刮伤 quartz呢?
还是说有什麽方法可以保护镜片的另外一面呢?
