标题[问题] 到底美加序号有没有分区啊?

如题，我的WiiU是加拿大的NNID
我买了 mario vs donkey : triple star有送3DS版的序号
但是我不确定这个序号有没有限制要在 加拿大的NNID的3DS 才能启动
我当然知道这里不是客服..我有写信问过
