○我们的经验已经显示这个错误讯息通常是因为 路由器 (router) 基本设定的问题。
例如：传输速率。
请仔细阅读下面的指示：
如果你的路由器可以在任天堂的路由器资讯中找到，检查是否有特别的注释。
1.点击(连结1)前往我们的无线路由器设定页。

2.使用左边的下拉式选单去选择你的路由器制造商。
3.选择路由器的型号。
4.阅读在路由器资讯页上方，任何的特别注释。
许多的问题可以从特别注释中，找到更改设定的内容，来解决问题。
照着指示的内容并且测试连线。
○如果没有在页面上的清单中找到你的路由器，或是没有建议基本速率或传输速率，
登入路由器的设定页面，检查类似基本速率或传输速率的地方。
(例如：无线网路设定、无线网路进阶设定、连线速率)
改变基本速率为 " 1-2 "，传输速率为 " 2 "，然後测试连线。
(就算只有其中一个可以设定，也要去改变设定)
○有可能另一个设备和DS共享同一个IP位址。
尝试用手工的方式，分配一个IP位址给你的Nintendo DS。
a.首先你必须去找出，你可以使用的IP位址的范围。
1.点击在你电脑萤幕左下角的 "开始"。
2.点击 "执行"。
3.在输入框内输入 " cmd "并按下Enter键。
4.输入 " ipconfig/all "并按下 Enter键。
之後电脑的IP位址将会显示。
5.你要分配给Nintendo DS的IP位址，必须比电脑的高10位数字。
(例如：PC的为192.168.1.100 那分配为192.168.1.110)
6.输入一样的子网路遮罩、预设通讯闸、主要的DNS、次要的DNS。
b.你现在将需要用手工的方式，把新的IP位址分配到你的Nintendo DS。

连结一个不合作(?)的热点：
‧在存取热点时没有经历过问题。如果无线网路有在线上和运作，
去寻问那个热点的工作人员。
‧如果热点有内建防火墙或是其他防护措施，会干涉Nintendo DS必要的
传输，那那个存取点将不会与Nintendo DS相容。
‧试试其他的热点。
找寻在你的区域内已知的热点，点击(连结3)。

●针对手动设定IP的部份，用我的讲法再说明一次。
‧首先找出你" 可使用的IP位址范围 "，这有两个方法。
一 为官网所说的方法，是由你使用的电脑分配到的IP去推用另一个IP。
二 为到路由器的设定页面中，去找寻IP位址可使用的范围。
从可使用的范围中，自己挑一个IP位址给NDS。
另外需要设定的 子网路遮罩 Subnet Mask、预设通讯闸 Default Gateway
主DNS Primary DNS、次DNS Secondary DNS
(如果是手动分配IP的，应该都会设定到。)
以上四个资料获得的方法也是有两个。
一为官方网站所说的，在cmd的视窗下执行 ipconfig/all 所显示的内容。
二为路由器设定页面中会有显示。(这个不知如何说明)
‧然後到NDS中的Wifi设定页面，用手动的方式输入以上资料。然後测试连线。
( 包含IP、子网路遮罩、预设通讯闸、主DNS、次DNS )

Error Code: 52000-52002
Our experience has shown that this error message is typically caused by a
basic setting in your router, such as transmission rate. Please carefully
read the instructions below:
* Check Nintendo's router info for special notes, if available, for your
router.
1. Click here to go to our Wireless Router Configuration page.
2. Use the drop-down box on the left to select, if available, your
router manufacturer.
3. Click on your router's model number, if available.
4. Read any "special notes" at the top of the router's page. Many
issues can be solved by changing the settings found in the
Special Notes. Follow the instructions and test the connection.
* If the router is not listed on our pages, or has no suggested basic rate
and transmission rate changes, log into the router, and check likely
areas for the basic rate and transmission rate. (e.g., "Wireless
settings," "Advanced Wireless Settings," "Connection Rates") Change the
basic rate to "1-2." Change the transmission rate to "2." (Make the
change even if only one of those options is available).
Test the connection.
* Another device may be sharing the same I.P. address of the DS.
Try manually assigning an IP address to your Nintendo DS.
1. The first thing you'll need to do is find out what IP address range
you should be using. To do this:
1. Click the "Start" button in the lower left-hand corner of
your computer.
2. Click "Run."
3. Type "cmd" into the box and press Enter.
4. Type "IPCONFIG/ALL" and press Enter. The IP address of the
PC will be displayed.
5. The IP address you are going to assign to the Nintendo DS
must be 10 digits higher than the PC's.
(e.g., 192.168.1.100 becomes 192.168.1.110).
6. Enter in the exact same values for your Subnet Mask,
Default Gateway, Primary DNS and Secondary DNS.
2. You will now need to manually assign this new IP address to your
Nintendo DS. For step-by-step instructions on how to do this,
please click here.

Canada for more information.

Connecting from a non-partnered Hotspot:
* The access point at the Hotspot may not be experiencing problems. Ask
the staff on site if their Wi-Fi network is up and running.
* If the Hotspot's access point has a built-in firewall or other security
that interferes with the necessary transmissions from the Nintendo DS,
then the access point will not be compatible with the Nintendo DS.
* Try another Hotspot. To search for known Hotspots in your area, click
here.
