Therefore, all students must adhere to a standard of academic conduct, demonstrating respect for themselves, their fellow classmates, and the educational mission of the University. As a student attaking this class: I will not represent someone else’s work as my own. I will not cheat, nor will I aid in another’s cheating. I will be honest in my academic endeavors. I understand that if I am found responsible for academic misconduct, I will be subject to the academic misconduct procedures and sanctions as outlined in the Student Handbook. Failure to adhere to the guidelines stated above may result in one of the following: Expulsion: Permanent separation of the student from the University, preventing readmission to the institution. This sanction shall be recorded on the student's transcript. Suspension: Temporary separation of the student from the University for a specific period of time. 我每学期不认真抓，大约可以抓出十个（一班五十个学生）， 我同学比较强（毕竟她是美国人），她说大约有2/3的学生作业都是抄来的。 不过我们都不会真正举报学生这类的行为，毕竟花时间又花精神， 通常是给学生比较低的成绩罢了！ 要怎麽抓学生抄袭呢？美国有个网站，turnitin.com， 教授在网站注册之後，学生必须先将作业传到这个网站，让系统扫描过之後， 网站会把结果寄给教授，学生有没有抄，一看就知道了。 我都是用手动的，就是把学生作业的某部份，我觉得有疑问的， copy到google上面，有没有抄一下子就抓出来了。 另外，有些美国学生很懒，抄来的部份不但一句不动，连底色字型都不变。 很多被我抓到的案例，都是某部份文字的底色是浅蓝色， 这一看就知道是从wiki上直接剪下来的。 -- 我的美国之旅 http://blog.pixnet.net/chehungliu --
