Citi Taiwan’s Management Associate Program is a 8-12 months rotational development program designed for high potential individuals with identified leadership and management potential who seek to accelerate their career in the Banking and Finance sector. The Program aims to accelerate professional development through structured rotations and stretch assignments in various functions and projects thereby developing a strong understanding of the business, markets, products, services and culture.
It also offers a combination of on-the-job training, mentoring and exposure to senior leaders the opportunity to attend specific training programs as identified through your development needs.
Upon successful completion of the program, Management Associates typically take on a challenging role based on their strengths and interests as well as the needs of the business. The objective of this Program is to create a pool of multi-dimensional managerial talent, which will eventually provide leadership for Citi in the years to come.
