Also, the team is now focusing on deepening client relationships through a series of loyalty programs to enhance sales productivity consistently. Job Overview Provide administrative support for high net worth team to help enhance overall sales productivity. To help Fidelity Taiwan to establish best practice reporting process and reporting tool Key accountabilities 1. Back up HNW sales through answering client phone calls. 2. Collect fund/market related information based on client request. 3 Support client service/seasonal marketing program. 4. Support roll-out of automatic switching plan. 5. (B) Wholesales (Working Hours: Three half days a week, 12 months period) Department Overview The department is responsible for all the intermediary business under three main channels: Bank, Brokerage and Insurance. Data collection & configuration (C) Corporate Business (Working Hours: Three half days a week, 12 months period) Department Overview The institutional sales team was established in 2002. Currently the team has dual product line: mutual fund and institutional mandate. The team produces a weekly global financial market research report to meet the local clients’ investment needs. The current business priority is to expand the mandate business by penetrating insurance mandate market. The internship program was set up based on recommendation of Professor Chiu of National Taiwan University. Professor Chiu works closely with government pension funds and is often invited to join the judge panel for the final pitching sessions of government mandates.
