标题[正事] 下星期二(12/23)分生分组讨论注意事项！

下星期二(12/23)的PBL课程是由何涟漪老师所负责，
老师出了三个题目，由同学们平分成三组，一组讨论一题。
由於老师要控制上课以及报告的时间，所以还是维持原本分成三组，
所以明天Seminar後大家要留下来决定新的分组名单以及各组负责的题目。
题目：
1. What is suicide plasmid? What are the uses of a suicide plasmid?
What should you consider when you have to put two plasmids in one
bacterial cell?
In what situations can a recombinant plasmid be lost and how can you
avoid that?
2. How are the bacteriophages isolated from the environment?
What are the applications of phages in medicine? in biotechnology?
in research?
3. A tube of plasmid DNA suspension and another tube of phage suspension
were mixed by accident. How can you regenerate these two suspensions
from the mixture? List as many ways as possible.
注意事项：
1. 同学平均分三组，各选一题，以群体讨论的方式先做作业。(请勿复制贴上)
2. 每一题都尽量想所有可能的答案，并欢迎制作PPT。
3. 在下星期二 (12/23) 上课的时候，每组交一份报告。
4. 星期二老师会先上两小时的课，後面的一小时，由每组派一位同学报告八至十分钟，
讨论六至八分钟。
5. 根据报告的内容各组统一给分，占70%；个人讨论的表现占30%。
备注：
1. 由於微免所修课人数约30人，所以每组人数10人，等新的分组名单决定後，各组
再将新的组员名单以及负责的题目回覆到本文。
2. 书面报告部份是要在上课当天就缴交，请同学不要忘记。
