Increased total protein >80 g/L 60-80 g/L 2. Increased serum globulin >50 g/L 25-50 g/L 3. Decreased serum albumin:globulin ratio <0.5 0.5-1.0 4. Increased bilirubin or urea and enzymes associated with renal or hepatic disease. ------------------------------------------------------------------- FIP, 诊断 Peritoneal fluid 湿型 FIP, 腹水性状 清澈至轻微混浊, 稻草至黄颜色 高蛋白质含量 (泡沫形成) (50-100 g/L) 遇空气後结块 少量白血球 (cf. septic peritonitis) -------------------------------------------------------------------- FIP, 诊断 Haematology FIP Normal 1. Decreased PCV <30 % 30-45% 2. Decrease RBC <5 x 1012/l 5-10 x 1012/l 3. Increased WBC >5 x 1012/l 5-15 x 109/l 4. Increased neutrophils 65-90% 35-75% 5.
