The major responsibility is to assist Membership Coordinator Grace Yeh to update contact information and collect any needed materials from members and their companies (photo, feedback form, order form, company logo and profile, among others). Job Description 1.Handle e-mail correspondence and phone inquiries related to the new Membership Directory. 2.Collect and organize members’ feedback forms. 3.Conduct follow-up phone calls or emails regarding members’ feedback. 4.Double-check updated information against the central management system (CMS) database. 5.Conduct follow-up phone calls and emails to members who have not responded to the membership update form. 6.Assist with expanded-listing sales and track down necessary documents (company logo & profile). 7.Confirm with expanded-listing purchasers for company profile and other information. 8.Update online membership information. Personal Attributes/ Qualifications *Good communication skills. *Results oriented. *Responsible, self motivated, and able to work independently. *Patient with routine *Detail-oriented. *Familiar with Outlook, Excel and Word applications.
