What do our officers do for you? *EVP=Education Vice President 教育副会长 Arrange the meeting agenda and positions Invite General Evaluator and Language Evaluator Record the GE and LE’s suggestions *MVP=Membership Vice President 会员副会长 Send the Thank You note to the members and the guests Manage and update the member information Arrange the Outings or Special Events in Toastmasters *PRVP=Public Relation Vice President 公关副会长 Attract new members Promote Toastmasters to all the members and guest Manage the member messages on the BBS: bbs://ptt.cc 迳 NCCU_TM *Treasure 财务长 Collect the member fee Keep a budget *SaA= Sergeant at Arms 总务长 Arrange the venue Prepare the food and the beverage Take care of Club Properties What do our helpers do during the meeting? *Ah Counter Help speakers on the stage to correct their vocal redundancies. For example, unnecessary sounds or words.
