其实，这是一个在单纯不过的言论自由的案子
学生的表意自由与学校教育任务的冲突
当然在本案脉络下，学生言论所表现的是：为了曝光增加知名度、无任何意义
学校的教育任务：反毒目的
学生的Nonsense Speech是否仍受到美宪增修条文第一条的保障？
不过，比较令人玩味的的是（或许可能只是我个人感兴趣的地方啦）
这篇comment的最後一句话：
"He got his fame, and now the Court needs to render a decision in
no uncertain terms that makes it clear to all students (and their
parents) that they don't have a constitutional right to say stupid
things in school. "
