讲题 The Global Trading System - Destination
主要内容 12 years after the establishment of the WTO, the Global Multilateral
Trading System (GMTS) is in a terrible mess and one wonders whether
it will survive past the first decade of the 21st century. The
presentation will address three questions:
(1)How did the GMTS get where it is?
(2)What are the future prospects for the GMTS?
(3)What are the implications for Taiwan and the Asia Pacific Region?
