又想起一项：

（星期六的）练习只有做 makiwara 很浪费
一直做 makiwara 只会让集中力下降
但不是说就不要 makiwara 练习
的前练习和 makiwara 练习两者都是必要的

所以我想近、中距离练习应该是需要的吧
