标题[课堂] No Class for IO 4/13

Dear Class,
When we meet for the make-up classes, "Regionalism & Multilateralism" and
"Global Governance" will be the themes we're going to explore. For the class
of April 20, we will go with the syllabus, i.e., UN and Its General Assembly
and
Security Council <Group 5>.
Terribly sorry for not being able to meet tomorrow.
By the way, I am going to send you the corrected syllabus for your reference
when
I go home today.
