Position 1 :
Account Coordinators (Business Development Department)
Job Responsibilities :
Account Coordinators are internal support professionals (can be client
facing) that act as the central point or “hub” for the account team and
drive a comprehensive and integrated client focused approach to the account.
Critical success factors of an Account Coordinator are:
1.Manage disciplined account planning
2.Develop custom communication
3.Research company’s industry sector trends
4.Analyze company’s key business strategies and imperatives
5.Connect broad team across Service Lines
6.Monitor revenue planning and TER growth through GFIS
7.Facilitate activity at client through thought leadership and hot topic
mining
Job Requirements :
1.University graduate with a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience working in a
business development, account management or project management role
2.Experience of working in a sales environment and/or professional services
firm
3.Professional, confident, outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills
4.Proactive and committed team player with a good sense of humor
5.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to juggle
conflicting demands on time and prioritize effectively
6.Ability to influence at all levels, confidence to challenge and obtain
commitment to actions and experience of working directly with senior level
executives
7.Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in
English and Mandarin are essential)
Position 2:
Business Development Executives (Business Development Department)
Job Responsibilities :
Business Development Executives are client facing professionals that drive
the firm’s Strategy in the Growth Pillar by initiating, building and
sustaining client relationships and activity at our key Priority Accounts.
Critical success factors of a BDE are:
1.Drive dynamic account management
2.Lead pursuit excellence
3.Grow revenue and market share
4.Execute the anchor relationship strategy
5.Utilize the Assessment of Service Quality (ASQ) process as a market
differentiator
6.Implement Focused Team Engagement Economics (FTEE) to assist teams in fee
negotiations (“fair” fees… not “lowest” fees)
7.Improve service line integration
Job Requirements :
1.University graduates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business
development, or account relationship management (RM), preferably gained from
sizable multinational companies in the professional services and solutions
arena
2.Proven track record of selling complex services and solutions of Fortune
500 companies
3.Proven track record of generating revenue and success in a
solution-oriented and professional services environment
4.Seasoned understanding of the marketplace and industry as well as the
trends and issues that create opportunities to add value to the client’s
business
5.Ability to work within a matrix organization while balancing the client’s
needs with the Firm’s and service lines’ initiatives and goals
6.Ability to be a self starter and strong influencing skills to work with
client-serving partners and operations staff to get the right resources to
serve the client
7.Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in
English and Mandarin are essential)
