Efficiency Rating，似乎跟美国这里常用的 Efficiency Ratio 类似，
将其他攻守统计数据依权重组合，不过详细怎麽算就要请教其他有研究
的同好了。:)
如果是 Efficiency Ratio 的话，最常用的一种组合(A/B)如下:
A：[points+rebounds+2*(assists)+2*(charges taken,steals,blocks)]
B：[2*missed shots+missed FT's+2*(turnovers)+2*fouls]
