Jermaine O'Neal (sore knee) said he is "certain" that he'll be in uniform for
the Raptors game on Wednesday.
Raptors GM Bryan Colangelo shot down the idea that Toronto was withholding
O'Neal so that he could be traded. He has missed 11 of the past 12 games,
during which time Andrea Bargnani has thrived, so don't expect much even if
he's active on Wednesday.
