Pacers' Granger leaves with concussion
Danny Granger scored 26 points before leaving Friday's game in the fourth
quarter with a concussion.
Granger's had a tough year thus far, losing teeth, dealing with a powerful
flu virus and now having his head thump the floor tonight. He's as tough as
they come so we expect him to return to action as soon as doctors give him
the OK. Hopefully we'll know more about the injury on Saturday.
