Okay, so a lot of this is just an outline — but one part really stood out.
If true, Aspiration paused all consumer marketing in Dec. 2022 — the same
month Kawhi had JUST returned to play on Dec. 5 after his ACL injury.
According to ex-CEO Andrei Cherny (who later resigned and is now assisting
the DOJ), the company’s plan was to have Leonard take on marketing once the
2022–23 season started. But by then, Aspiration had already shut down its
consumer campaigns.
That would mean Kawhi never actually had the chance to market for the company
at all.
总之就是根据Cuban从彭博之类的挖的料 Aspiration在2022年12月就终止一切对消费者的
行销活动 也就是说Kawhi伤後回来根本没有机会替他们打广告
如果违约的是Aspiration 那就说得通了
