从wisdom板转来的，一段电影中令人印象深刻的话：

是我们的光明，不是黑暗令我们恐惧

你所隐藏的自己,畏缩的态度..无法让任何人感到安全
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people
won't feel insecure around you.
我们应如同小孩一般自由的发挥潜能
We were all meant to shine, as children do.
不只是某些人，是每一个人
It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone.
而当我们让自己发出光芒
And as we let our own light shine,
我们不自觉的感染旁边的人也会做相同的事情
And as we let our own light shine,
当我们不仅解除了自己的恐惧..也同时解放了周遭的人..
we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
