卡达能源部长称本次战事可能"摧毁全球经济"
只要战事持续数周，全球GDP都会受到打击
他预期几个礼拜内中东的能源出口就会全部停止
导致国际油价达到每桶150美元
他表示即便战火立即停止，卡达仍须好一段时间(数周至数月)恢复正常
他认为天然气价格会上涨+400%
卡达因为本次战事，能源产业会暂缓相关的扩建规划
