捷克总理巴比什先前曾扬言反对捷克主导的军援炮弹计画
但是後来是受到美国的压力，而撤回相关的意见
这可能是因为美国军火商受益於此一计画的体现
据称巴比什的政治盟友SPD(极右派政党)才是特别反对军援乌克兰
巴比什自己则较为务实弹性，并且非常看重经营对美国的关系
他想要之後有机会去白宫或海湖庄园和川普会面
