据报导
这位代理局长Madhu Gottumukkala去年夏天的时候
曾经把一份工作档案上传到公用的ChatGPT帐号来操作
当时立即触发了数个系统警告(用於遏阻泄漏政府资料到外网)
ChatGPT当时被DHS禁止使用，代理局长还是刻意要求特许安装
该档案不是机密文件，但是被列为仅限正式使用，也就不对外公开
