「与俄罗斯及特使维特科夫的会议进行得很顺利。俄方渴望持续与美国接触。
次级制裁仍预计将於星期五实施。」

「商务部长将与国务卿、财政部长及其他高级官员协调，判断是否有其他国家直接或间接
进口俄罗斯联邦的石油，并在需要时向总统建议进一步的行动。」
