标题[情报] 英军出现防弹板裂痕丑闻

英国国防部宣布要召回12万片强化防弹板(ECBA)
这是因为被发现这批陶瓷防弹板上有微小裂痕
引发是否有足够防御能力的相关疑虑
英国国会也有议员对此进行质询和批评
英军尚未公布替换防弹板的预定时程
