HEAT Playoffs 2006: Introduces White Hot
MIAMI, April 19 – The Miami HEAT announced today the formal unveiling of
their 2006 playoff promotional campaign – White Hot. White Hot HEAT is the
scientific term when a substance reaches it hottest temperature and glows
with a bright white light. Webster’s II New Riverside Dictionary also adds
the definition, “A state of intense emotion.” The concept behind White Hot
is to establish the color White as a community-wide rallying point; something
everyone in South Florida can get behind and participate in. White will not
only be the color fans wear to the game, it will become a recognizable symbol
of support for the HEAT in all daily activities.
