标题[正经] 少男事件处理法(节录)

LongRanger: 未满18是告法定代理人我再讲一次
少年法院依少年调查官调查之结果，认为情节轻微，以不付审理为适当者 ，得为不付审
理之裁定，并为下列处分： 一、转介儿童或少年福利或教养机构为适当之辅导。 二、交
付儿童或少年之法定代理人或现在保护少年之人严加管教。 三、告诫。 前项处分，均交
由少年调查官执行之。 少年法院为第一项裁定前，得斟酌情形，经少年、少年之法定代
理人及被 害人之同意，命少年为下列各款事项： 一、向被害人道歉。 二、立悔过书。
三、对被害人之损害负赔偿责任。 前项第三款之事项，少年之法定代理人应负连带赔偿
之责任，并得为民事 强制执行之名义。
12至18岁犯罪适用本法
不是LR所言「告的是法定代理人」
