各位大大好
小弟近日上课在看切片
一直搞不懂 纤维性齿龈瘤(Fibromatous Epulis) 的切片要怎麽看
讲义上写说
often contain branching cords or islands of epithelium which may be continuous
with the gingiva, or originate in epithelial rests of Malassez.
所以我就找在切片上可以看到 "一圈一圈" 的上皮
和找纤维增生的地方
後来老师叫我出来解释 结果就被骂说我找错地方
而且讲不到重点
我想请问一下各位大大
我该怎麽去看这个切片? 还有怎麽去找他的特徵?
我应该从何入手 去解释这片的病理变化?
